Responsabilités

Senior Payroll - Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for 200 employees, consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance departments to streamline payroll operations and drive efficiency improvements.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on payroll-related inquiries and legal obligations.
  • Oversee compliance with local labor laws and regulatory standards.
  • Handle administrative duties such as contract management, compensation, benefits, and performance review support.
  • Continuously improve payroll management processes and optimize tax benefits to maintain market competitiveness.

Profil

Payroll Officer - Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a fiduciary or law firm environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Fluency in French and English is essential.
  • Proficiency in EDUCOS or PeopleSoft is mandatory.
  • Advanced skills in Excel are highly valued.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of rigor and be highly motivated.
