We are currently seeking a dedicated Financial Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be an essential part of maintaining the integrity of our financial operations. You will work closely with our CFO and fiduciaries to deliver accurate financial analysis and reporting while upholding our commitment to transparency and client-focused service.
Responsabilités
Junior Accountant - Your responsibilities:
- Bank Reconciliation activities / Cash movements booking
- Perform the process of internal expenses and process payments and accounting.
- Work closely with fiduciaries and assist with reporting processes.
- Account Receivable: Registration of the invoices.
- Provide support to the CFO on various financial projects and initiatives.
- Oversee invoicing workflows, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Collect, analyze, and report on data related to income, fees, and accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients.
Profil
Junior Accountant - Your profile:
- Fluency in English (Italian proficiency is a plus).
- At least 1 year of experience in financial accounting within a service provider, Big 4 firm, insurance company, bank or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of the financial sector and a solid understanding of LuxGAAP and IFRS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A good command of Oracle is a plus.
- A proactive, independent working style with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
