We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join a well-established fiduciary firm based in Luxembourg city-center, specializing in fund administration, accounting, and corporate services. The company serves an international, German-speaking client base, offering tailored solutions to navigate complex financial regulations. Responsabilités

Junior Accountant - Responsibilities

  • Preparation of accounting records for Luxembourg-based legal entities, with a focus on holding companies, securitizations, and SOPARFI entities.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, budgets, and cash flow projections.
  • Ensure compliance with client reporting requirements, and work with tax advisors for local compliance.
  • Collaborate with auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.
  • Manage securitization entities and fund domiciliation (AIF funds).

Profil

Junior Accountant - Your Profile:

  • Between 1 to 2,5 years of experience in accounting, especially with portfolios related to holdings, securitizations, or SOPARFI entities.
  • Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of local and international accounting regulations is an asset.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality over speed while maintaining responsiveness.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Long-term commitment to growth and integration within the company.
