Responsabilités

Fund Controller - Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of funds and companies.
  • Coordinate with external service providers (administrators, accountants, tax and auditors).
  • Oversee bookkeeping operations, review NAV packs, annual accounts, and periodic reconciliations.
  • Supervise cash management, verify invoices, and prepare payment instructions.
  • Prepare financial statements and internal/external reports.
  • Provide general support to the investment team and assist in organizing board and shareholder meetings.

Profil

Fund Controller - Your profile:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Between 3-6 years' experience in audit or fund controlling.
  • Most important Fluent in English, French is a strong advantage (Italian is a plus).
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Motivated, eager to learn, and a team player with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong judgment with the ability to flag issues when necessary.
  • Well-organized with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
