Introduction

Our client is a well-established investment and financial services firm, located close to Luxembourg's train station. Specializing in alternative investment funds, particularly Private Equity and Real Estate, the company manages both internal and external investment structures, with an international presence.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities & Missions

  • Fund Accounting A-Z: Take ownership of a portfolio of Private Equity and Real Estate funds, overseeing the accounting process from daily operations through to financial reporting.

  • NAV Calculation & Review: Prepare and review Net Asset Value calculations, ensuring accurate valuations and reliable financial information.

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements, providing stakeholders with a clear overview of fund performance.

  • Fund Operations: Monitor cash movements, process transactions and perform reconciliations to ensure the smooth running of fund activities.

  • Investor Relations: Maintain regular communication with investors, respond to their requests and provide relevant information regarding fund performance.

  • Audit Coordination: Work closely with external auditors throughout the annual audit process, ensuring that documentation and financial information are properly prepared.

Profile

Your Profile

  • You have at least 4 years of experience in fund accounting, with exposure to alternative investment funds, particularly Private Equity and/or Real Estate.

  • You possess a good understanding of fund accounting processes, NAV calculations and financial reporting.

  • You are fluent in French, English or Italian, allowing you to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.

  • You are detail-oriented, analytical and organized, with a strong commitment to delivering accurate and high-quality work.

  • You appreciate a human-sized working environment, where communication, collaboration and team spirit play an important role.
