Introduction

Austin Bright is working with our client, a human-sized service provider with a team of 40, located near the Belgian border, to recruit a Technical Lead in the Transfer Agent (TA) field.

Responsabilités

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure the timely and accurate processing of client documentation and account openings/updates.
  • Conduct risk assessments and periodic reviews of investors.
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding of new investors and transactions.
  • Produce shareholder reports for both internal and external purposes.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for investor relations, addressing queries from clients, investors, AIFMs, RCs, banks, and auditors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their shareholders.
  • Optimize transfer agency processes and implement new regulations into procedures.
  • Take responsibility for FATCA and CRS reporting.

Profil

Your profile:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Transfer Agent, with solid expertise in AIF funds.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling close collaboration with investors.
  • Fluency in English is required (French is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Excel and Paxus is an advantage.
  • Ideally, knowledge of AML/KYC and FATCA/CRS reporting.
  • A relevant degree is required.
