Responsabilités
Senior Banking Lawyer / Of Counsel - Your Role :
- Advising on complex banking transactions: Work on high-profile cases, advising financial institutions, banks, and investment funds.
- Drafting and negotiating financial agreements: Gain expertise in structuring loans, securitization deals, and regulatory matters.
- Regulatory & compliance advisory: Stay ahead of evolving regulations to ensure client compliance.
- Business development & firm growth: Play an active role in expanding the firm's reputation and client base, paving the way for future partnership.
Profil
Senior Banking Lawyer / Of Counsel - Your Profile:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a Banking & Finance law practice, ideally in a leading firm.
- Qualifications: CCDL and admission to the Luxembourg Bar.
- Languages: Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
- Mindset: Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and eager to take on leadership responsibilities.
