Responsibilities
Your Role
As part of the Investment Funds team, you will advise a diverse international client base on a broad range of fund-related matters, including:
- Assisting with the structuring, formation and ongoing management of Luxembourg investment funds.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation.
- Advising clients on Luxembourg regulatory and corporate law matters relating to investment funds.
- Participating in transactions and coordinating with international stakeholders.
- Working closely with experienced partners and senior associates in a collaborative environment.
Profile
Your Profile
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a lawyer in Investment Funds.
- Registered on List I, II or IV of the Luxembourg Bar (or eligible).
- Fluent in French and English.
- German is considered a strong asset.
- Strong analytical skills and a client-focused mindset.
