Responsibilities
The Role
As part of the Investment Funds team, you will advise a broad range of international clients on the structuring, formation and ongoing operation of investment funds across multiple asset classes.
Working closely with experienced partners, you will be involved in complex and cross-border transactions from day one, with responsibilities including:
- Advising clients on the establishment and structuring of regulated and unregulated investment funds.
- Drafting and reviewing a wide range of legal documentation relating to investment funds.
- Assisting with fund launches, reorganisations and ongoing regulatory matters.
- Participating in cross-border transactions involving international sponsors, asset managers and institutional investors.
- Working closely with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions on international matters.
- Building long-term client relationships while progressively developing your own practice.
Profile
Profile
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Between 2 and 4 years of professional experience as a Funds Lawyer.
- Experience gained within a recognised law firm, ideally advising on Luxembourg investment funds.
- Admission to the Luxembourg Bar (or eligibility to register in due course) is considered an asset.
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills.
- Fluency in French and English is essential.
- German would be considered a significant advantage.
- A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in an international environment.
