Responsibilities
Billing officer - Your Role :
You'll manage the entire billing process, from preparing and issuing invoices to monitoring follow-ups and ensuring timely payments. In constant coordination with lawyers and external clients, you'll ensure accuracy, clarity, and efficiency at each step. You will also contribute to monthly reporting, reconciliation processes, and continuous improvements to workflows, in a digital and international environment where best practices are the standard.
Profile
Billing officer - Your Profile:
You bring 3 to 5 years of experience in billing, ideally in a law firm or financial services setting. You're fluent in French and English, comfortable with Excel and ERP tools, and confident managing deadlines and communicating across teams. Above all, you are proactive, precise, and motivated to grow in a structured and high-level environment.
