Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

As part of the finance team, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate billing for the firm's international client base:

  • Prepare and coordinate the client billing process to ensure time is accurately charged and allocated.
  • Ensure invoices are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Generate monthly financial and billing reports for management.
  • Work closely with the collections team to follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Handle internal and external queries related to billing.

Profile

Your Profile

We are looking for a dynamic and organised professional who thrives in an international environment:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
  • 2 to 6 years of billing experience, ideally within a law firm in Luxembourg.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of Luxembourg VAT regulations is a strong asset.
