Responsibilities

Senior Financial Accountant - Your responsibilities:

  • You will independently drive the general financial accounting from A to Z for complex holding structures and real estate companies, focusing heavily on SOPARFI and holding production with autonomy on CIT/VAT matters. This deep technical immersion allows you to develop a comprehensive, 360-degree vision of international assets.
  • You ensure the precise maintenance and closing of accounts under Lux GAAP without requiring day-to-day supervision.
  • Private Equity & Real Estate Financial Controlling: You will oversee a dedicated portion of management and financial controlling activities directly for the investment entities. This analytical oversight expands your traditional accounting responsibilities, sharpening your strategic mastery over private equity and real estate vehicles while enhancing your market versatility.
  • You will work hand-in-hand with internal legal and compliance teams to facilitate smooth information sharing and prepare critical board meeting materials.
  • You will utilize and perfect the capabilities of Exact software daily to structure complex accounting and reporting data

Profile

Senior Financial Accountant - Your profile:

  • A proven track record of at least 3 years acquired within a family office, investment structure, or financial firm as Senior Accountant or Finance Associate, with a strong focus on financial accounting for SOPARFI holding structures and real estate sectors.
  • Hold at least a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent diploma in accounting, business management, or corporate finance.
  • Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken, enabling seamless communication within a multilingual environment and fluid interactions with the international family.
  • A strong entrepreneurial mindset combined with a hands-on, highly organized, and resourceful approach to complex financial dossiers.
  • An excellent team-oriented attitude coupled with the ambition to continuously develop your skills and grow alongside an expanding private equity and asset management business.
