Introduction

Are you a qualified accountant looking to move beyond traditional accounting and join a prestigious Family Office where you can contribute to high-value investment projects?

Our client is an international Family Office based in Luxembourg, managing a diversified portfolio of investments across multiple jurisdictions. To support its continued growth, the finance team is looking for a Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, FCA, CPA or equivalent) who enjoys taking ownership, working closely with decision-makers, and contributing to both financial operations and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the full accounting cycle for a portfolio of holding and real estate entities.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure VAT and tax compliance.
  • Monitor cash flow and banking activities.
  • Prepare financial reporting and management information.
  • Support budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Participate in the implementation of new investment structures and finance projects.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen internal controls.
  • Work directly with senior management on strategic and investment-related matters.

Profile

Your Profile

  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, FCA, CPA, CA or equivalent).
  • Around 4 to 8 years of professional experience in a Family Office, investment company, fiduciary, asset manager or similar international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards; IFRS experience is considered an asset.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Proactive, hands-on and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Motivated by continuous improvement and value-added projects.
