A well-established international consulting firm with over 20 years of presence in Luxembourg is looking for a Finance Manager to strengthen its financial department.

Responsibilities

Finance Manager - Your Responsibilities:

As Finance Manager, you will act as the right hand to the Head of Finance and play a key role in overseeing and optimizing the group's financial function locally and internationally. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing financial operations for multiple group entities
  • Preparing and reviewing financial reporting (IFRS) and contributing to consolidation processes
  • Managing a team of two managers, one senior, one junior, and supervising an outsourcing team
  • Ensuring timely and accurate closings, reports, and financial deliverables
  • Taking part in the department's transformation and process improvement initiatives
  • Acting as a strategic support to the Head of Finance on key decisions

Profile

Finance Manager - Your profile:

  • 5 to 7+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a Big 4/5 or financial service provider
  • Strong expertise in reporting, IFRS, consolidation, and team management
  • Solid command of Workday or similar financial software
  • Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, organizational skills, and a collaborative attitude
