Our client, a well-established financial services provider, is currently seeking a Senior Transfer Agent to strengthen its team.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily operations related to share and unit transfers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout all processes.
  • Handle investor transactions promptly and precisely, delivering impeccable service.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with current procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Contribute actively to the continuous improvement of operational processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Profile

Your profile:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Transfer Agent, within fiduciary firms or PSFs, with a focus on AIF funds.
  • A degree in finance is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of share and unit transfer operations.
  • Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
