Our client, a well-established real estate group with a global footprint, is on the lookout for a Junior Accounts Payable Officer to join their Luxembourg-based finance team.

  • Location: Near Gasperich & Luxembourg city center
  • Contract: 1-year fixed-term, with potential for extension
  • Start date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

  • Handle and process a high volume of invoices across multiple platforms
  • Coordinate supplier payments, manage direct debits, and verify transactions
  • Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies with internal teams and vendors
  • Organize and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems
  • Support automation and continuous improvement of AP processes
  • Collaborate on various financial tasks and reporting as needed

Profile

What we're looking for

  • Fluent in German and English (written & spoken)
  • At least 1 year in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role
  • Comfortable working with large invoice volumes
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
