Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of end-to-end fund liquidation procedures, coordinating with key parties such as the CSSF, auditors, administrators, and asset managers.
  • Manage your own portfolio of liquidation files, ensuring regulatory and legal compliance at every step.
  • Prepare and file tax declarations, including corporate tax returns, in line with current legislation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining smooth operational flow.

Profile

Your Profile:

  • A degree in Accounting, Tax, or a similar field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in fund accounting or liquidation.
  • Strong command of German and English; French or Luxembourgish is a plus.
  • A self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented professional.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office; experience with BOB50 is a strong asset.
