This financial services company specializing in Private Equity (PE) and Real Estate (RE) is seeking a Fund Corporate Officer to join its corporate team.
As a Fund Corporate Officer, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of structures such as Soparfi/Holding and PE/RE funds, ensuring compliance and governance of these entities.
Responsibilities
Fund Corporate Officer - Main Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate and administrative aspects for Soparfi, Holdings, and investment funds.
- Draft minutes, prepare resolutions, and participate in organizing board meetings.
- Monitor KYC/AML compliance and governance processes.
- Collaborate actively with accounting and investment teams.
- Communicate in both French and English with clients and stakeholders.
Profile
Fund Corporate Officer - Desired Profile:
- 3 to 4 years of experience in corporate governance, ideally within PE/RE investment funds or financial services.
- Expertise in fund structures (SIF, RAIF, SCSP).
- Strong KYC/AML compliance skills.
- Excellent command of French and English (Italian is a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a demanding, client-oriented environment.
