A Luxembourg-based PSF, established over 10 years ago and initially launched with a team of 15, is seeking a Senior Corporate Officer to strengthen its team due to continued growth. Responsibilities
Senior Corporate Officer - Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full administration of Luxembourg entities such as Soparfis, Holdings, and securitization vehicles (incorporation, drafting minutes, maintaining the RCS register, etc.).
- Actively participating in drafting and revising minutes during board meetings.
- Liaising with various external parties such as banks, notaries, auditors, and other legal advisors.
- Maintaining rigorous management of legal files and archiving.
- Supervising and collaborating with a team of four, consisting of a manager, two Assistant Managers, and a Corporate Officer.
Profile
Senior Corporate Officer - Desired Profile:
- Degree in Business Administration, Law, or Finance with a specialization in Corporate Law.
- At least 5 years of experience in the administration of Luxembourg companies, particularly in the Soparfis sector or securitization vehicles.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of French and Italian would be highly appreciated.
- Strong skills in drafting legal documents and knowledge of Luxembourg's regulatory framework.
- Experience with registers and legal filings with the RCS.
