This is a key position, offering direct access to senior decision-making and close collaboration with the Group's legal, compliance, and investment functions.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities:

  • Advise the business on a wide range of Luxembourg legal issues, particularly in corporate law, financial regulations, contract law, and governance.
  • Support complex M&A transactions and debt portfolio acquisitions from start to finish.
  • Draft, negotiate, and review all relevant legal documentation (NDAs, acquisition agreements, LOIs, term sheets, etc.).
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders across local teams, the Group headquarters, and cross-functional departments.
  • Provide concise legal assessments to senior leadership and investment committees.

  • A collaborative, respectful work culture that values long-term vision.
  • A competitive salary package aligned with your skills and experience.
  • Position based in Luxembourg City, with regular interactions across the Group's European footprint.
