Responsibilities

Senior Corporate Officer - Your Role :

As a Senior Corporate Officer, you will be at the heart of managing and developing a diverse portfolio of clients.

  • Full management of a client portfolio (SOPARFIs, SPVs, regulated and unregulated funds, RAIFs, etc.): Handle complex and strategic files, strengthening your technical expertise and becoming a key player in supporting international structures.
  • Legal and corporate support (incorporations, restructurings, liquidations, preparation of board meetings, drafting minutes, RCS filings): Gain autonomy while working in an environment where your legal insights have a tangible and recognized impact.
  • Regulatory watch & compliance (AML, FATCA, reporting): Enhance your transversal knowledge and expertise, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Direct client relationship management: Act as the main point of contact for an international clientele, developing your interpersonal skills and enjoying multicultural exchanges.
  • Collaboration with accounting and legal teams: Foster knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and high-quality service delivery through teamwork.

Profile

Senior Corporate Officer - Your Profile:

  • Degree in Law (Bachelor's or Master's).
  • 3-5 years' experience in a fiduciary, law firm, or similar service provider, ideally in Luxembourg.
  • Fluent in French and English (any additional language is an asset).
  • Solid experience managing complex corporate portfolios and good knowledge of compliance matters.
  • Analytical mindset, rigor, and strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and client-oriented.
  • Looking to grow within a stable company where teamwork and mutual support are valued.
