Responsibilities

Senior Corporate M&A Lawyer - Your Role :

  • Advise on complex cross-border Corporate and M&A transactions, including deal structuring and negotiation.
    You will handle high-level files with direct client contact, giving you exposure to impactful matters that strengthen your strategic legal skills.
  • Draft and review a wide range of legal documentation, from shareholder agreements to due diligence reports.
    This will enhance your technical expertise and allow you to be fully involved in the lifecycle of each transaction, not just a segment of the process.
  • Work closely with Partners and guide junior colleagues when needed.
    You'll be trusted with autonomy while benefiting from close collaboration with senior team members, helping you grow your visibility and leadership within the firm.

Profile

Senior Corporate M&A Lawyer - Your Profile:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Corporate/M&A law, ideally gained in a Luxembourg-based law firm.
  • Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (List I or II), or holding a degree meeting the conditions for admission.
  • Fluent in both French and English; additional languages such as German are considered a plus.
  • Autonomous, reliable, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership; you value teamwork and are motivated by client satisfaction.
  • Looking for a stable and long-term opportunity where your commitment and initiative are recognised.
