Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy and speed of investor transaction processing, delivering flawless service
  • Oversee and coordinate daily securities and share transfer operations to optimize workflows
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee compliance with all procedures and regulations
  • Drive continuous improvement of operational processes to enhance efficiency and adherence
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients by anticipating their needs and ensuring their satisfaction

Profile

Your Profile

  • Full professional proficiency in French and English
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Transfer Agent, preferably within a licensed service provider or fiduciary specializing in AIF funds
  • Finance degree or equivalent highly desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of securities and share transfer processes, with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric approach
