Responsibilities
AML KYC Analyst - Your Role :
As an AML/KYC Analyst, you will be part of the Corporate team, reporting to the Compliance Officer and working closely with experienced professionals. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Investor onboarding & due diligence: Reviewing identification documents, verifying the source of funds, and ensuring compliance with AML regulations.
- Documentation analysis & updates: Assessing the accuracy of investor files, conducting research, and maintaining records.
- Ongoing monitoring: Participating in internal compliance meetings, tracking large volumes of investors, and ensuring all processes are followed correctly.
- Client interaction: Regular calls with fund managers introducing new investors and coordinating with internal teams.
Profile
AML KYC Analyst - Your Profile:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar AML/KYC role within an AIFM or service provider.
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large data sets.
- A team player, comfortable in a shared portfolio environment-no leadership required.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)-the working language internally and externally. French recommended to be well integrated.
- Autonomous and proactive, ready to take full ownership of your tasks from day one.
