Responsibilities
Banking/Finance & Fund Lawyer - Your Role :
- Provide strategic legal advice on banking, finance, and investment funds matters, including fund structuring, financing transactions, and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, negotiate, and review complex financial agreements and investment fund documentation.
- Support Luxembourg management companies, AIFMs, and financial institutions with their operational and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with fund managers expanding their activities in Europe, particularly those based in the US and UK.
- Stay up to date on evolving legal frameworks in Luxembourg and the EU, ensuring clients remain compliant with the latest regulations.
- Collaborate with a team of experts, contributing to the firm's growth and strategic direction.
Profile
Banking/Finance & Fund Lawyer - Your Profile:
- 2 to 7 years as a lawyer specializing in banking, finance, or investment funds law, ideally gained in a reputable law firm or financial institution.
- Master's degree in law; and M.
- Strong analytical and drafting skills with attention to detail.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is required; French is a plus
