Senior Banking & Finance Lawyer - Your Role :
They are looking for an experienced Senior Banking & Finance Lawyer to join their growing practice. This position offers the chance to take on challenging and diverse cases, advise prestigious clients, and contribute to the strategic direction of our firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal counsel on banking and finance matters, including regulatory compliance, transactional support, and contract negotiation.
- Manage complex financial transactions and lead discussions with clients and counterparties.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering practical and innovative solutions.
- Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development activities.
- Work with international teams to handle multi-jurisdictional issues.
Profile
Senior Banking & Finance Lawyer - Your Profile:
- At least 6 years of experience in banking and finance law, ideally with exposure to cross-border transactions.
- Proficient in drafting and negotiating contracts, and advising on financial regulations.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with a desire to work in a boutique setting.
