Responsibilities

Banking & Finance Lawyer - Your Role

In this position, you will:

  • Provide expert legal counsel on a broad range of banking and finance matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal contracts and financial documents.
  • Advise clients on regulatory developments and compliance strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments and jurisdictions.
  • Participate in high-level transactions and strategic legal projects.

Profile

Banking & Finance Lawyer - Your Profile

To thrive in this role, you bring:

  • A Master's degree in Law, the CCDL and be registered in List II.
  • At least 2 years of experience within a law firm, ideally with a focus on banking and finance.
  • Fluency in English and French (German or other languages are considered a plus).
  • Solid knowledge of financial regulation and transactional law.
  • Excellent drafting and analytical skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude and the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
