Responsibilities

Your responsibilities :

As a key member of the finance team, you will be involved in both operational accounting and strategic projects:

  • Manage the full accounting cycle for a portfolio of real estate and holding entities.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
  • Handle VAT and tax compliance matters.
  • Monitor banking activities and cash flow.
  • Prepare financial reports and management information.
  • Participate in budget preparation and variance analysis.
  • Support the implementation of new projects and structures from A to Z.
  • Review existing processes and proactively suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with management on strategic initiatives and investment-related projects.

Profile

Your profile :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • 4 to 6 years of accounting experience gained within a fiduciary, family office, investment structure, or similar environment.
  • Knowledge of IFRS and/or consolidation is considered a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in English; any additional language is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in an evolving environment where priorities can change.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine willingness to take ownership.
  • Mature, proactive, and solution-oriented personality.
  • Someone who enjoys building, improving, and creating rather than simply maintaining existing processes.
