A dynamic expanding financial services firm, specialized in Private Equity, Real Estate, and securitization vehicles, is currently seeking a Transfer Agency Manager to strengthen its Luxembourg team.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities - Lead, Streamline, Empower :

  • Manage and support a team of TA professionals, providing guidance and fostering their development.
  • Ensure proper handling of investor-related transactions: capital calls, redemptions, subscriptions, and transfers.
  • Take the lead on AML/KYC reviews and investor register maintenance.
  • Serve as a key liaison between internal departments (legal, accounting, compliance) and external partners.
  • Drive internal process improvements and contribute to innovation and automation projects.
  • Act as a main point of contact for strategic investors and high-value clients.

Profile

Your Profile - Expert, Communicator, Team Leader :

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Transfer Agency, ideally with a focus on PE/RE or securitization structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, or coach junior staff.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset; comfortable dealing directly with clients.
  • Bilingual in French and English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Solid understanding of Luxembourg investment vehicles (RAIF, SIF, SOPARFI, SPV).

Job Offer
