Responsibilities

Payroll Manager - Your Role:

As a Payroll Manager, you will play a key role in managing the complete payroll process for our client. Your responsibilities will include reviewing the pay slips, verifying calculations, and ensuring their accuracy. You will remain actively involved in the production of pay slips to ensure precision and efficiency throughout the process. Additionally, you will manage a family-sized team and work closely with the existing team to deliver high-quality service and meet the specific needs of our client.

Profile

Payroll Manager - Your Profile:

  • Successful experience of minimum 5 years in payroll management is required.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong knowledge of labour law and payroll regulations is essential.
  • Proficiency in both French and English and any additional language, especially Luxembourgish and German, would be advantageous.
  • You are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team.
