We are currently partnering with a well-established firm located in Gasperich, seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead a multicultural team working with a diverse portfolio of clients, including key players in Luxembourg's financial sector.

Responsibilities

Payroll Manager - Your responsibilities :

  • Oversee the payroll review process, including social security reporting, guiding both junior and senior team members.
  • Lead and develop your team in a collaborative, performance-driven environment.
  • Monitor and review data related to absences, sick leave, holidays, etc.
  • Maintain direct communication with clients and relevant local authorities.

Profile

Payroll Manager - Your profile :

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in payroll management, ideally within a fiduciary or service provider.
  • Fluent in English and French; German is a strong asset.
  • Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
  • Minimum a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related payroll specialization.
