Responsibilities

Billing officer - Your Role :

  • Oversee the end-to-end client billing process, from invoice preparation to delivery
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders-lawyers, finance professionals, and external client teams-to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
  • Produce monthly reporting and contribute to reconciliations and collections follow-up
  • Respond to billing queries with clarity and professionalism
  • Proactively improve billing workflows in a digitalized and highly organized setting.

Profile

Billing officer - Your Profile:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in billing, ideally within a law firm or financial services environment
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong command of Excel and billing/ERP systems
  • Meticulous, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Able to work both independently and within a team in a fast-paced setting
