Responsibilities
Litigation & Technology Lawyer - Your role :
- Manage dispute resolution processes: litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
- Draft and review documents in intellectual property, technology, and competition law.
- Collaborate to enhance expertise in corporate disputes and IP/IT.
- Participate in presentations and legal publications.
- Build client relationships to understand business needs.
- Drive business development to attract new clients and boost the firm's reputation in IP and IT.
Profile
Litigation & Technology Lawyer - Your profile :
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Between 3 and 6 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on technology-related cases.
- Registration on the List II of the Luxembourg Bar.
- Fluency in French and English; knowledge of other languages is a bonus.
- A strong analytical mindset and a passion for technology and legal innovation.

- Attractive compensation package reaching a maximum of €95,000 gross annually, accompanied by a performance-based bonus.
