Introduction :

Our client is a leading international law firm with a strong reputation in Luxembourg and an extensive global network. The Employment team advises a wide range of domestic and international employers on all aspects of Luxembourg employment law.

Due to the continued growth of the practice, the firm is seeking a junior to mid-level Employment Associate eager to develop and work closely alongside the Partner leading the practice.

Responsibilities



Responsibilities :

  • Advise employers on a broad range of employment law matters.
  • Support clients on day-to-day HR issues, employment contracts, disciplinary procedures, absences, working time and employee relations.
  • Assist with dismissals, negotiations, restructurings and workforce management projects.
  • Draft legal memoranda, employment documentation and client communications.
  • Provide strategic advice during pre-litigation phases and sensitive employment situations.
  • Work directly with HR teams, senior management and in-house legal departments.
  • Contribute to the development and growth of the Employment practice.
  • Build long-term client relationships and progressively take ownership of matters.

Profile



Profile :

  • Qualified lawyer with experience in employment law.
  • Strong interest in advisory and pre-contentious employment matters.
  • Experience advising employer-side clients is highly desirable.
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Ambitious, proactive and eager to develop within a growing team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with clients and colleagues.
