Responsibilities
Your Role :
As a Funds Lawyer, you will be involved in a broad range of investment fund matters, covering both transactional and regulatory aspects.
Your responsibilities will include:
Advising international clients, asset managers and investment funds on the structuring, establishment and ongoing management of Luxembourg investment funds.
Handling a broad range of investment fund matters, including UCITS, AIFs, RAIFs, SIFs and other Luxembourg fund structures.
Advising on regulatory matters, including AIFMD, CSSF requirements, fund governance and ongoing regulatory obligations.
Working directly with the Funds Partner and the wider team on complex transactions, client matters and the continued development of the practice.
Profile
Your Profile :
You are a qualified Luxembourg lawyer admitted to List I or List IV.
You have between 3 and 7 years of professional experience gained within a Luxembourg law firm.
You have solid experience in Luxembourg investment funds, with exposure to both general funds matters and regulatory aspects.
You are familiar with Luxembourg fund structures and the applicable regulatory framework.
You are fluent in French and English.
You are technically strong, proactive and genuinely interested in working within a supportive and collaborative team.
You value direct communication, teamwork and an environment where you can build a long-term career.
