Responsibilities :


* Participate in the structuring, setup, and maintenance of investment funds (UCITS, AIFs, PE/RE). This exposure allows you to acquire deep technical knowledge and visibility on strategic fund structures.
* Draft offering documents, partnership agreements, and regulatory filings, giving you full involvement in every step of the fund lifecycle.
* Advise asset managers and institutional clients on regulatory and operational questions, strengthening your client-facing skills and commercial awareness.
* Support partners in cross-border projects and liaise with foreign offices, ensuring constant interaction with international teams and high-level transactions.

Profile

Candidate Profile :


* Lawyer with 2 to 4 years of experience in investment funds, ideally gained in a reputable international or top-tier Luxembourg firm.
* Stable career path showing commitment and professional maturity.
* Excellent analytical and drafting skills in English; French or German is a plus.
* Team player, adaptable, and eager to deepen expertise in a demanding but supportive work environment.
