Responsibilities
Your Role :
As a Senior Associate within the Investment Funds practice, you will advise an international client base composed of asset managers, private equity houses, institutional investors, and fund sponsors.
Your work will include :
- Structuring and launching regulated and unregulated investment funds;
- Advising on Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Debt strategies;
- Drafting and negotiating fund documentation;
- Assisting clients with regulatory and governance matters;
- Coordinating complex cross-border transactions;
- Working closely with international offices and multidisciplinary teams;
- Supporting junior lawyers and contributing to the development of the practice.
You will be involved in high-value matters while enjoying significant client exposure and increasing responsibility.
Profile
Your Profile :
- Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of experience in Investment Funds;
- Experience gained within a recognised law firm in Luxembourg;
- Strong knowledge of alternative investment structures;
- Fluent in English and French;
- German would be considered a strong asset;
- Comfortable managing files independently and interacting directly with clients;
- Ambitious, commercial-minded, and eager to contribute to a growing practice.
