Responsibilities

Accountant - Responsibilities

In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of holding and financial entities, contributing to their seamless operations:

  • Maintain and update financial records across multiple entities - holdings.
  • Process invoices related to purchases, sales, and recurring services.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and oversee cash management activities.
  • Prepare wire transfers and monitor transaction flows.
  • Manage VAT declarations and annual returns.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on financial reporting, investor relations, and audits.
  • Assist with the setup, restructuring, or liquidation of entities.
  • Liaise with external parties, including suppliers and Luxembourg authorities.
  • Support compliance and regulatory reporting requirements.

Profile

Accountant - Your Profile:

  • 2+ years in accounting, ideally with exposure to holding or financial structures, family offices, or investment firms.
  • Proficiency in Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables) and familiarity with accounting tools like BOB50 or similar software.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to take initiative.
  • Fluency in English is required; French or another European language is a plus.
