Responsibilities
Accountant - Responsibilities
In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of holding and financial entities, contributing to their seamless operations:
- Maintain and update financial records across multiple entities - holdings.
- Process invoices related to purchases, sales, and recurring services.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and oversee cash management activities.
- Prepare wire transfers and monitor transaction flows.
- Manage VAT declarations and annual returns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on financial reporting, investor relations, and audits.
- Assist with the setup, restructuring, or liquidation of entities.
- Liaise with external parties, including suppliers and Luxembourg authorities.
- Support compliance and regulatory reporting requirements.
Profile
Accountant - Your Profile:
- 2+ years in accounting, ideally with exposure to holding or financial structures, family offices, or investment firms.
- Proficiency in Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables) and familiarity with accounting tools like BOB50 or similar software.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to take initiative.
- Fluency in English is required; French or another European language is a plus.
