💰 Salary: Up to €95,000 gross/year + bonus and company car option

Responsibilities

Finance Manager - Your Responsibilities:

As Finance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the development and optimization of the financial function, both locally and across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Lead financial operations across multiple international entities
  • Oversee and improve group IFRS reporting and contribute to consolidation processes
  • Manage and develop a team of two direct reports (senior + junior) and an external provider
  • Ensure high-quality monthly/quarterly closings and internal reporting
  • Actively take part in finance transformation and automation projects
  • Work closely with the Head of Finance on strategic initiatives and financial planning

Profile

Finance Manager - Your profile:

  • 5 to 7+ years of experience in finance, audit, or controlling
  • Previous exposure to IFRS reporting, consolidation, and team leadership
  • Experience in an international group, Big 4, or a financial services environment
  • Proficiency with Workday or similar ERP systems is a strong asset
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), French is a big asset
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, structured, and hands-on mindset
