What Will Your Role Look Like?

Rather than managing only your own portfolio, you will oversee the accounting activities of multiple investment structures while coordinating a small finance team :

• Supervising and supporting accountants, reviewing their work and ensuring deadlines are respected.
• Managing the accounting lifecycle of Luxembourg investment vehicles, including Private Equity entities, holdings and SOPARFIs.
• Producing annual accounts and periodic financial reporting in compliance with Luxembourg accounting standards.
• Acting as the main contact person for auditors, banks, tax advisers and other external partners.
• Preparing financial information required for governance meetings and supporting senior management in decision-making.
• Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and strengthening the organisation of the finance department.
• Working closely with the CFO on projects linked to the company's future development.
