Our client, a fast-expanding PFS located in the heart of Luxembourg City, is looking for an Assistant Manager in Accounting to strengthen its finance department. With over 10 years in the market, this company combines stability with a collaborative and human-focused working culture.

Responsibilities

Your Role & Responsibilities

As Assistant Manager, you will manage the full accounting cycle for a portfolio of entities, including holdings, SPVs, and real estate structures. You'll be responsible for:

  • Preparing financial statements under Lux GAAP (IFRS is a plus).
  • Acting as a main point of contact for auditors, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Reviewing junior team members' work and providing guidance.
  • Contributing to internal process improvement projects.

Profile

Your Profile

  • Between 6 and 8 years of experience in accounting, ideally in a similar financial environment.
  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • Solid knowledge of Lux GAAP; IFRS is a strong asset.
  • Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).
  • Team-oriented mindset with a high degree of autonomy and a long-term vision.
