As Senior Reporting Officer, you will report directly to the Head of Accounting, giving you visibility on key financial topics and regular exposure to decision-makers.

Responsibilities

Your Role

As a Senior Reporting Officer, you will become one of the institution's reference points for regulatory and financial reporting matters.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation and submission of FINREP, COREP and BCL reporting
    * Monitoring liquidity indicators and financial performance
    * Participation in accounting reviews and controlling activities
    * Management of VAT and corporate tax declarations
    * Coordination of internal and external audits
    * Supervision of accounting entries and financial controls
    * Contribution to strategic finance projects, including an ongoing ERP implementation
    * Close collaboration with the Head of Accounting and senior management

This role offers exposure to reporting, accounting, controlling, taxation and finance transformation projects, allowing you to continuously broaden your expertise.

Profile

Your Profile

  • At least 5 to 7 years of experience within the banking sector in Luxembourg
    * Strong knowledge of FINREP, COREP and regulatory reporting requirements
    * Understanding of IFRS and banking accounting principles
    * Experience in controlling, financial analysis or liquidity monitoring is an advantage
    * Fluent English is required
    * French and/or Portuguese would be considered an asset
    * Autonomous, detail-oriented and proactive mindset
