Responsibilities
IP Lawyer - Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the filing and registration procedures for patents, trademarks, and designs worldwide, including monitoring and deadline management.
- Draft, analyze, and manage contracts related to intellectual property, including licensing and assignment agreements.
- Handle disputes and litigation concerning industrial/intellectual property in collaboration with lawyers and other stakeholders.
- Conduct legal monitoring and advise various departments on developments in industrial and intellectual property law.
- Assist engineers and legal professionals in managing their daily intellectual property-related cases.
Profile
IP Lawyer - Your Profile:
- Degree in Law with a specialization in trademarks, designs, and models.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, with proven expertise in intellectual/industrial property law.
- Fluent in French and English; German is a strong asset.
- Excellent analytical, drafting, and case management skills.
- Detail-oriented, rigorous, and well-organized.
