Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities & Impact
- You will advise a prestigious, international clientele on complex employment law matters and cross-border transactions. This exposure allows you to handle high-stakes strategic challenges, establishing yourself as a highly trusted advisor in the Luxembourg market.

Profile
Your Profile
- A solid background of around 5 or more years of experience in Luxembourg employment law, with a desire to take your expertise to the next level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, which enable you to build lasting relationships and enjoy genuine client exposure.
- An analytical mind and a rigorous approach, allowing you to deliver top-tier, tailormade legal solutions with confidence.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working with high autonomy while remaining a collaborative team player.
- Admission to the Luxembourg Bar (or holding the relevant certifications to practice law in Luxembourg).
- Fluency in French and English; knowledge of German is a great asset to connect with our diverse, international network.
