Introduction

Our client is a fast-growing, independent business law firm with strong local roots and a global reach. Known for its high standards, entrepreneurial culture and dedication to excellence, the firm offers a professional and human-sized working environment where lawyers have room to develop and be recognised. You will join a team of committed professionals advising international clients in sectors such as Private Equity, Real Estate, and cross-border M&A, in a context that combines high-level legal work with long-term career opportunities.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities - High-impact work in a collaborative environment

  • You will advise and assist a portfolio of international clients, including investment funds and multinational groups, on a wide range of corporate matters such as mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings and cross-border transfers. This hands-on involvement in transactions will deepen your legal expertise, sharpen your business acumen, and position you as a trusted legal advisor.
  • You will draft and review key legal documentation including articles of association, board and shareholder resolutions, and transactional contracts, ensuring accuracy and legal soundness. Through this, you gain full visibility on the legal lifecycle of companies and directly contribute to the success of complex transactions.
  • You will coordinate with internal stakeholders (tax, compliance, fund teams) and external advisors (notaries, auditors, legal counsel), allowing you to broaden your technical exposure and strengthen your project management skills in a multi-disciplinary setting.
  • You will attend client meetings and provide proactive legal support, helping anticipate issues and propose tailored solutions. This interaction enables you to develop client-facing skills and expand your strategic value beyond the purely legal dimension.
  • You will monitor legal developments and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives, ensuring that both you and your team remain at the forefront of corporate legal practice in Luxembourg.

Profile

Your profile - Solid legal background with a proactive mindset

  • You have 3 to 6 years of experience in corporate law, ideally acquired within a law firm based in Luxembourg.
  • You hold a Master's degree in Law; any additional postgraduate qualification is a plus.
  • You are fluent in French and English; other languages will be considered an asset.
  • You are detail-oriented, pragmatic, and confident in your ability to manage files with autonomy and rigour.
  • You enjoy working in a team and value a collaborative, entrepreneurial work environment.
  • You are looking to grow in a firm that offers visibility, learning opportunities and international exposure.

Job Offer

What the firm offers - A structured environment where you can thrive

  • You will work in a high-calibre team alongside experienced Partners and Associates, which gives you direct access to mentorship and constant professional development. This structure allows for quicker learning, more recognition, and meaningful progression.
  • You will serve a demanding and international clientele, giving you the chance to work on complex files with cross-border elements, which enhances both your technical skills and your global legal perspective.
  • The firm offers a modern and flexible work environment, including hybrid working and reasonable working hours, allowing you to maintain a high standard of performance without compromising your work-life balance.
  • You can expect a competitive salary package, adapted to your experience (~€80k base salary + benefits), which rewards your expertise and ensures stability and motivation in your day-to-day work.
