A leading international law firm in Luxembourg is expanding its Corporate team and is looking for a qualified lawyer with experience in corporate transactions and structuring. The Luxembourg office, established less than 10 years ago, has grown into a strategic hub serving both international and local clients. Responsibilities

Corporate Lawyer - Your Role :

  • Advise on corporate structuring, M&A transactions, joint ventures, and corporate governance.
  • Assist clients with the incorporation, reorganization, and liquidation of corporate entities.
  • Draft and negotiate shareholder agreements, board resolutions, and other corporate documentation.
  • Support cross-border transactions in collaboration with the firm's international network.
  • Stay up to date with corporate legal developments and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Profile

Corporate Lawyer - Your Profile:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience as a corporate lawyer in a law firm (experience in funds, regulatory, or banking law alone is not suitable).
  • CCDL qualification is mandatory; willingness to pursue List II or List I in the future.
  • Fluent in English; French or German is a plus.
  • Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Job Offer
