Responsibilities
Corporate Officer : The Function
- You will be responsible for managing the whole legal and administrative aspects of a wide range of clients from the creation to the liquidation of the company
- As a Corporate Officer you will work closely with the Management team to keep them informed of regulatory developments
- You ensure that your clients comply with legal and regulatory requirements
- Be the key figure for customers on all matters relating to corporate fields and suggest them ways to improve their processes
- You will prepare board packs, and organize the Board Meetings, draft the minutes etc.
Profile
Corporate Officer : Your Profile
- You are fluent in English and have a good knowledge of French (written and spoken)
- The tasks of a Corporate Officer in Luxembourg no longer hold any secrets for you and have 2-5 years' experience in a similar role
- You have significant competences in regulations and processes related to corporate entities
- You have a bachelor's degree or a master's degree in Business Administration or in Law
- You are capable to work in a fast-paced environment and have good communication skills.
- You are autonomous and can carry out several tasks simultaneously
