Responsibilities
Corporate Officer : The Function
- Assist in the onboarding and structuring of companies, providing essential guidance for their corporate formation.
- Handle day-to-day operational and governance tasks, ensuring seamless business operations for a portfolio of companies.
- Draft corporate legal documents, including Articles of Association, AGM/EGM minutes, liquidation deeds, and shareholders' agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Maintain professional relationships with notaries, banks, and Luxembourg authorities, facilitating smooth communication and operations.
- Oversee the preparation of KYC documents, due diligence processes, and bank-related paperwork, ensuring everything is done accurately and on time.
Profile
Corporate Officer : Your Profile
- You possess in-depth knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in German and proficient in French (both written and spoken), you will feel comfortable navigating a multilingual environment.
- You are methodical, structured, and thrive in a well-organized team setting.
