Responsibilities
Fund Administrator - Your Role :
The Fund Administrator will manage the administrative, legal, and regulatory aspects of investment entities, while collaborating with international teams.
- Entity Administration: Create and manage financial entities (debt funds, co-investments), ensuring compliance.
- Transaction Support: Handle investor subscriptions, distributions, and legal documentation.
- Legal Documentation: Draft investment-related documents and manage legal obligations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities align with Luxembourgish laws.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to automation projects to streamline administration.
Profile
Fund Administrator - Your Profile:
- 2-3 years of experience in fund administration, corporate governance, or as a corporate officer in Private Equity or debt funds. A solid understanding of the Luxembourg market is essential.
- Proficiency in drafting board minutes, resolutions, and investment documents, as well as a strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fluent in English and a good command of French.
- The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Fund Administrator - What We Offer :
- Salary: range of up to €60k gross annually, depending on experience.
