Responsibilities
Legal Assistant : The Function
- You will handle the legal administration of companies, including drafting minutes, completing formalities, and ensuring timely publication.
- You will be responsible for maintaining company registers and preparing approvals for financial statements.
- You will ensure that KYC/AML documentation for the group's entities is up to date and monitored regularly.
- You will manage property-related matters such as insurance, co-ownership issues, claims, and lease agreements.
- More broadly, you will manage events related to assets and companies, assisting in the preparation and review of routine legal documents and overseeing ongoing contracts.
Profile
Legal Assistant : Your Profile
- You hold a Bachelor in Business Administration or in Law
- Proficient in French and English is mandatory for this position
- You have excellent writing skills and are extremely thorough
- A previous experience of 3 years in a similar position in Luxembourg is mandatory for this opportunity
- You are described as committed, team player, capable to manage several tasks at the same time
